The School Community will jump on the bandwagon. The school and community is fully aware of the accomplishments of this year’s basketball team. Many youth basketball families see this as a great experience and opportunity to expose the younger players to the high school basketball culture.

The reality for the teams. Two teams will win and move on to the state championship. Two teams will go home.

Many talented players remain, including some of the best in the state.

Many impressive coaches, rookies and veterans, have pushed the right buttons since the Monday after Thanksgiving to get to this point.

News coverage is at an all-time high. Radio stations, community cable channels, and local TV stations will report and cover the games. Sport talk shows will likely chime in.

Alumni will return to think about their own Glory Days.

There will be proud parents, families, and friends: The teams will be playing in most likely the biggest games of their lives. In some cases, the parents will be more anxious to the players. It is a challenge to watch a child play on such a big stage.

There will be celebration and heartache.

Get out to see a Final Four game. You will not regret it.
