We are all encouraged to drink at least 8 glasses of water every day to keep our bodies healthy and regular. But no one ever cares to teach us what type of water we should be filling our bodies with. Today, there are a lot of options for drinking water – bottled, tap, alkaline, distilled, etc., and each is surrounded by some hype.
